The Smoke Rise Civic Association (SRCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving the character, beauty, and shared spaces that make Smoke Rise a distinctive and welcoming community. Serving more than 2,300 homes, SRCA maintains the neighborhood features that unify our area — from landscaped entrances to the iconic Smoke Rise medallions and street‑name sign toppers found throughout the community.
SRCA exists to care for the common areas and visual markers that define Smoke Rise. Through membership dues and directed donations, we maintain and enhance the elements that give our neighborhood its identity and sense of place.
SRCA funds and manages ongoing projects that keep Smoke Rise looking its best, including: Landscaped entrances and common areas Street‑name sign toppers that mark most intersections Signature Smoke Rise medallions at neighborhood entrances Long‑term beautification and identity projects These efforts are entirely supported by residents who choose to join or donate.
